From Štrbské Pleso to Pleso nad Skokom

Route to Pleso nad Skokom
The trip to Pleso nad Skoko starts at Štrbské Pleso, which is easily accessible by car or train. The route follows the yellow tourist sign and is one-way, which means that at the end of the route you return the same way.
1. Štrbské Pleso - waterfall Skok
- Length of the route: 5 km
- Time: 1,5 - 2 hours
2. Waterfall Skok - Pleso nad Skokom
- Length of section: approximately 300 m
- Time: about 15 minutes
After the Jump Waterfall, follow the trail that leads directly to the ballroom. This section is shorter, but a little steeper, but provides a spectacular view of the waterfall and the surrounding countryside. After climbing for a while, the calm surface of Plesa nad Skok appears before you, lined with stone and grass banks.

The way back leads along the same route, following the yellow tourist sign back to Štrbské Pleso. On the way back, you can again enjoy the views of the Mlynická valley, where you may see marmots or chamois, which often visit this area.
