You often ask

When is check-in?

Accommodation is available from 14:00 and the hotel reception is open 24 hours a day, 24 hours a day.
If you wish to check-in early, we recommend checking the availability of this service in advance by calling +421 908 888 223.
Early check-in is subject to a fee of € 20/hour.

When is check-out?

Check-out time is until 10:00 a.m.

Do you have a children's play area?

Yes, we have a children's play area for younger children, which is available daily without time limit. There is also an animation programme on selected dates.
For older children and adults, there is a games room with board games such as pool, table tennis and table football.

Can I rent a cot from you?

Yes, we are happy to provide a baby cot upon request at no extra charge. The cot will be fully prepared in the room before your arrival.
You can also rent a baby bath and potty at the hotel reception.

Can I bring my dog?

Hotel Panorama**** is a pet - friendly hotel. We will be happy to prepare sleeping equipment, pellets and water for your pet for an additional fee of 25€/night.
Pets must be reported in advance when making a reservation or additionally by phone at + 421 908 888 223.

Is it possible to park at the hotel?

There is a check-in car park in front of the hotel, which is intended for short-term stops during check-in at reception.
For hotel guests, outdoor parking spaces are available at the rear of the hotel or parking in the underground garage on level -2. Availability of parking spaces is subject to availability.

Is it possible to use a holiday voucher?

Yes, you can use a holiday voucher at our hotel.
When booking, please inform us of this requirement and specify who you wish to be invoiced for your stay, including your permanent address. We will then issue a billing invoice upon check-out according to your details.

Is it possible to pay with benefit cards?

We accept Gusto card, BenefitPlus card, BenefitPlus accommodation vouchers and BenefitPlus holiday vouchers, edenred e-ticket or edenred card via mobile app.

Is there a cleaning service during my stay?

Yes, rooms are cleaned daily.
Daily service includes: taking out the trash, vacuuming the room, making the bed, washing the bathroom and refilling the minibar.
If there is a "do not disturb" sign on the door handle, we will not allow you to enter the room. However, we will be happy to provide you with daily service additionally upon your request at the reception.

How often do you change your bed linen and towels?

Bed linen and towels are changed on request. You will find a card in your room that you can just put on the bed if you wish to change your bed linen.We will automatically change your towels if you leave them on the bathroom floor.

Do you have air-conditioned rooms?

Rooms are not equipped with air conditioning. However, we can provide a fan on request, which is available at reception.
