The operator of Hotel Panorama is the company INVEST - TATRA, s.r.o., Robotnícka 258, 017 01 Považská Bystrica, ID No.: 36 346 799 (hereinafter referred to as "Hotel").
A. ACCOMMODATION
- The hotel can only accommodate a guest who has booked and confirmed services at the reception desk, or accommodate a guest directly at the reception desk of the hotel on the basis of the guest's identification card.
- In order to check in, guests are required to present proof of their identity, i.e. an ID card or valid passport, to the receptionist. The hotel is not obliged to accommodate a guest who does not provide proof of identity.
- The hotel reception employee may request the guest's mobile phone number for the purpose of contacting the guest outside the hotel room (e.g. in case of late return from a hiking trip, in case of forgotten things in the hotel room, etc.) and also the registration number of the guest's vehicle (license plate number) in case of the need to prepare the vehicle, etc.
- The hotel is obliged to accommodate the guest on the basis of the ordered services at the earliest from 14:00 to 24:00. The receptionist will issue the guest an accommodation card with an access card, where his name, length of stay, room number and ordered services are indicated.
- The guest is entitled to a room from 14:00. If the guest checks in before 10 am, he/she is obliged to pay the price of the previous night's accommodation.
- Unless otherwise agreed with the receptionist, guests are entitled to use the room until 10:00 on the last day of their stay. The guest is obliged to leave the room, empty his/her belongings and check out at the Hotel reception at the specified time. In the event of failure to comply with the set deadline, the hotel claims to charge the guest a late check-out fee within the applicable price list.
- Upon arrival at the Hotel, the Guest shall present his/her hotel card, also when ordering additional services during the stay on the Guest's hotel account, which he/she is obliged to confirm with his/her signature.
- During their stay, hotel guests can park their car in the hotel car park. The car park is not guarded by a security guard. The hotel is not responsible for items left in the vehicle in the hotel car park by the guest, their visitor or their escort.
- Guests who do not stay at the hotel are obliged to report as a visitor at the hotel reception. Visits to the hotel rooms are allowed between 08:00 and 22:00. In justified cases, the receptionist is entitled not to allow a visit to the hotel room.
- In special cases, the hotel may provide the guest with accommodation other than that originally agreed upon, provided that it does not differ substantially from the confirmed order for accommodation services, subject to the terms and conditions of the General Terms and Conditions.
- If a guest requests an extension of their stay, they may be given a different room than the one they originally stayed in, depending on the Hotel's occupancy and room capacity.
- The guest is obliged to behave in the hotel room and in other areas of the hotel in such a way as not to disturb and disturb other guests of the hotel. From 22:00 to 06:00, the guest is obliged to observe the quietness of the night.
- Upon arrival to the room, the guest shall check the condition and functionality of the equipment in the room, as well as its equipment in his/her own interest and report any defects immediately to the reception of the Hotel. In the event that the Guest does not immediately report the defects and deficiencies to the Hotel reception, he/she will be liable for the defects as if he/she had caused them. A fee for the loss of the hotel room key will be charged according to the Hotel's current price list.
- The Guest agrees that the housekeeper, maintenance person or other employees of the Hotel have the right to enter his/her room during the stay in order to perform their duties.
- Guests are not allowed to take sports equipment such as: skis, ski boots, sledges, skates, bicycles, etc. to the room. He can use the reserved area in the hotel for this.
- Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 07:00 to 10:00, dinner is served in the restaurant from 18:00 to 21:00, unless the Hotel exceptionally stipulates otherwise. Drinks are served in the bar at the hotel reception. The Guest agrees not to take food, beverages or hotel service outside these areas without the Hotel's permission.
- The Hotel reserves the right to require a Guest who has not paid the deposit for the stay at the time of booking to repay the amount due upon arrival at the Hotel or to provide credit card identification details. The Hotel is not obliged to accommodate the Guest without prior payment of the accommodation services unless otherwise agreed with the Guest.
- The guest is obliged to pay for any other additional hotel services at the latest upon check-out.
- The hotel is not responsible for items brought by the guest, his/her guests or entourage into the areas reserved for accommodation, meals or storage of belongings. Jewellery, money and other valuables are only the responsibility of the Hotel if they have been taken into custody in the Hotel's safe on the basis of a receipt.
- The Hotel is responsible for jewellery, money and other valuables only if they have been stored in the hotel safe, up to the amount specified by law. The hotel guest is obliged to claim any damages from the hotel without undue delay.
- Dogs and other animals (hereinafter referred to as pets) can be accommodated according to special regulations.
- Once a reservation is made, approval for a stay with a pet is required by the hotel reception. The fee for accommodation with a pet is 25€/night, per pet.
- The maximum number of pets allowed per room is 2.
- Pets are not allowed in the restaurant, lobby bar and wellness centre.
- If a guest leaves his/her room leaving a pet in the room, he/she is obliged to take care not to disturb other guests staying in the hotel in an unreasonable manner (especially by noise) and at the same time to display a "Pet" tag on the outside of his/her door, in which case it is only possible to enter the room for cleaning purposes if the life or health of a hotel employee is not endangered.
- At the same time, the hotel reserves the right not to clean the room in order to protect the health of its employees if the room has been continuously occupied by a pet without the owner's supervision.
- The pet must not be allowed to rest - lying on the bed or other equipment used for the guest's rest. Baths, showers, or sinks may not be used for bathing or washing pets, and equipment used to prepare and serve food to guests may not be used for feeding.
- The guest is responsible for the proper cleaning and disposal of pet waste in and around the hotel.
- The guest/pet owner is responsible for any damage caused by the pet to the hotel property or other guests.
- The Client acknowledges that in case of violation of these rules, the accommodation provider is entitled to refuse accommodation of the Client with a pet or to withdraw from the accommodation contract, without the Client's right to any financial or non-financial compensation.
- B. SAFETY MEASURES
- The hotel's fire regulations are posted in the common areas of the hotel, in a visible and accessible place for guests. The guest, his/her visitor or entourage is obliged to follow the hotel's fire regulations.
- There is a strict no-smoking policy throughout the property. There is a designated area for smokers in front of the hotel entrance. The hotel reserves the right to charge a fee for violation of this ban according to the current price list.
- Hotel rooms are equipped with fire sensors that are connected to a central electronic fire alarm panel (EPS). The fire sensors react to heat and smoke and their activation triggers the fire alarm. Tampering with a fire sensor can trigger a fire alarm. Confusing activation, tampering or covering of a fire sensor may be charged by the Hotel according to the current price list.
- The hotel corridors are equipped with fire detectors with markings, which are red in colour and trigger an immediate fire evacuation alarm when the protective glass is broken. Tampering with a fire alarm can trigger an immediate fire evacuation alarm. Misuse or damage to the fire detector may be charged by the Hotel according to the current price list.
- The Hotel premises are equipped with fire extinguishers and hydrants, their misuse may be charged by the Hotel according to the valid price list.
- The guest is not allowed to move equipment, make repairs or any interference with the electrical network or other installations in the common areas and rooms without the consent of the hotel management, otherwise he/she is liable for any damage caused.
- You are not allowed to use your own electrical appliances in your hotel room. This regulation does not apply to electrical appliances used for the guest's personal hygiene (shaver, hair dryer, etc.) and low-power portable electronics (mobile phones, car navigation, pocket music players, tablets, laptops, etc.) that meet the applicable standards, otherwise the guest is liable for any damage caused thereby.
- The hotel accepts no responsibility for any damage to the guest's electrical appliances caused by power fluctuations or power failure.
- The guest is not allowed to move equipment, make repairs or any interference with telephones, radios, televisions, hairdryers, electrical wiring or other installations in the hotel room or in the common areas, otherwise he/she will be liable for any damage caused to the Hotel.
- When temporarily leaving the hotel room, the guest is obliged to turn off the taps in the room, close the windows, balcony doors, turn off electrical appliances, lock the hotel room properly and hand over the key to the hotel reception.
- The hotel is not responsible for any disagreements or conflicts between hotel guests, but will take the necessary measures to ensure order in the accommodation and common areas of the hotel within the scope of legal possibilities.
- For safety reasons, the hotel guest is obliged to provide adult supervision for children up to 10 years of age in the hotel room, in the children's corner and in other areas of the hotel.
- When using the hotel elevator, the guest, his/her visitor or escort is obliged to follow the instructions for its operation located in the elevator cabin. Only persons over 10 years of age may operate the hotel lift independently.
- From the security point of view, the guest is obliged to respect the door markings intended only for the hotel staff of the hotel and also not to insert objects into the openings intended for the maintenance of the building, otherwise he is liable for the damage that this causes.
- In order to provide first aid in case of injury to a hotel guest, there is a first aid kit at the hotel reception.
- C. RESTRICTIONS
- Alcoholic beverages are only permitted on the premises for persons over 18 years of age. Hotel staff is entitled to refuse to sell or serve alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 years of age and persons obviously under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicating substance.
- Self-consumption of beverages and food is not allowed in the common areas of the hotel, with the exception of children's meals.
- It is forbidden to carry weapons and ammunition on the hotel premises or otherwise keep them in a condition for immediate use.
- Use of the hotel's accommodation and services is only permitted for persons who are not suffering from any apparent infectious or serious viral diseases.
- The hotel is monitored by a camera system.
- D. FINAL PROVISIONS
- The terms and conditions for lodging guest complaints, complaints or any suggestions for improvement of the operation are regulated in the General Terms and Conditions of the Hotel.
- The guest, his/her visitor or escort is obliged to comply with the provisions of these Accommodation Regulations, General Terms and Conditions, as well as general moral and ethical rules customary in the territory of the Slovak Republic. In the event of non-compliance with the aforementioned provisions, the Hotel has the right to withdraw from the provision of all its services before the expiry of the agreed term.
- These Accommodation Regulations have been approved by the Hotel, are valid and effective from 1.9.2022 and are available at www.hotelpanorama.sk and can be consulted at the Hotel reception.
