Conference hall Bystrá
This hall is the largest in the hotel, with a capacity of 130 people in cinema seating and 110 in a school setting. It has two built-in data projectors, remote-controlled screens, wireless microphones and a TV. There is also a laptop, flipchart, markers and laser pointer, making it ideal for large conferences, lectures and training sessions.
Conference hall Solisko
The hall is ideal for medium sized events with a capacity of 50 people for cinema seating and 30 for a school function. It is equipped with a portable data projector, laptop, screen and flipchart, ideal for training sessions and smaller corporate meetings. It is compact and cosy, suitable for events where smaller capacity and flexibility is required.
Trigan Lounge
The Trigáň Lounge is suitable for smaller meetings with a capacity of 20 people. It is equipped with a portable data projector, laptop, screen and flipchart, ideal for meetings, strategy sessions and private discussions. It provides an intimate setting with the necessary technical equipment for small events where privacy is important.

Where do I park my car if I'm checking in?
Hotel Panorama**** has two car parks. The check-in car park is used for access to the reception entrance, where you need to check in. The parking lot for hotel guests is located at the rear of the hotel, where outdoor parking spaces are available, or parking spaces in the garage -2 according to the currently available capacity.
Can I bring my dog with me?
Hotel Panorama**** is a pet friendly hotel. We will be happy to prepare sleeping equipment, pellets and water for your pet for an extra charge of 25€/night. The pet must be reported in advance when making a reservation or additionally by phone at + 421 908 888 223.
Is it possible to pay with a Doxx card?
Yes, the hotel accepts Doxx card payments.
Is it possible to pay by Edenred card?
Yes, it is possible to pay with edenred e-ticket or edenred card via the mobile app.

Is it possible to use a holiday voucher at the Panorama Hotel?
If you wish to be reimbursed for your stay at Hotel Panorama**** by means of a holiday voucher, you must report this information at the latest upon arrival and check-in, where you will indicate to whom the invoice for the stay will be issued and arrange all the necessary information. Upon departure, we will issue an invoice to the details you have provided.

So what does the daily service include?
Daily service includes: taking out the trash, vacuuming the room, making the bed, washing the bathroom and refilling the minibar. If there is a "do not disturb" sign on the doorknob, we will not allow you to enter the room. However, we will be happy to provide you with daily service additionally upon your request at the front desk.
Do they change my sheets every day?
Bed linen is changed on request. In your room you will find a card to be placed on the bed. Your bed linen will be changed automatically when the card is placed on the bed.
Do you change your towels every day?
Towels and bath towels are only changed in your room if they are thrown on the bathroom floor or in the bathtub.

Yes, the hotel has a play area for smaller children, which is available daily with no time limit. On selected dates, there is also an animation programme in the children's play area. For bigger children and adults we have a games room with board games, where you will find billiards, table tennis and table football.
